Products Description:
1. Two pieces full port standard lined ball valves offer high stability, rigidity and eliminating potential leak path.
2. Full port design minimizes pressure losses and increases flow capacities thus reducing energy and pumping costs.
3. Full bore design almost no fluid resistance, and good shut-off performance.
4. It features zero leakage, maintenance-free, one-piece stem and ball design, high sealing performance and can be used under full vacuum service.
5. Lower pressure drop and high flow characterized the efficiency of Youfumi lined ball valves.
6. It can work as on-off or control valve.
7. It can sustain any corrosive medium in addition to the molten alkali metals and fluorine elements. It is ideal products used in chlor-alkali, industrial in organic chemicals, metal and mining, nitrogen and phosphatic fertilizers, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical etc.
YFM lined ball valve advantages:
1. Adjustable stem packing.
2. Positive stem seal. PTFE chevron packing provides stem seal integrity while maintaining low turning torque.
3. Anti-blowout stem assembly prevents stem blowout even in the event of top works disassembly.
4. Separate ball/stem connection greatly reduces side loading, thus extending stem seal life.
5. Thick liner 100% inspected at 20,000 VDC for defects is made from highly corrosion resistant FEP to 300°F (150°C) or PFA to 400°F (200°C). A variety of metallic and non-metallic ball material options are available.
6. ISO 5211 universal mounting pad permits easy automation even with the valve in the pipeline.
7. Graphite bearing prevents side loading and extends seal life.
8. Cavity space minimizes the retention of process media.
9. Lining securely locked into the body by “T” slots and locking grooves;completely encapsulated ball and stem. Can handle
pressures from full vacuum to 275 psi (19 bar).
10. Extensive selection through 12 in (300 mm) for standard port and ball port valves.
11. Ductile iron body sections (ASTM A395 60-40-18) with high strength B7 fasteners are both rugged and rigid. B8 offered as alternate.
12. Designed in accordance with ASME B16.5 Class150 lb (DIN 2501⁄PN16) flange dimensions and ASME B16.10 face-to-face dimensions. Leak testing according to API 598 or DIN 3230 criteria.
